In 2001, when my eldest child Jaden was four, my mother bought him a toy bunny for Easter. Jaden immediately fell in love with the bunny and carried her everywhere. He called her Hoppity because she liked to jump around (actually being thrown in the air by Jaden).One day while watching them play, I was inspired to write a story about the Adventures of Jaden and Hoppity, which I then read to him each night.

In 2007 I became a Radio Lollipop volunteer and experienced first hand the wonderful job all volunteers do.The Adventures of Jaden and Hoppity book was written to make my child happy and I wanted to share it with all children.
